Beth Sears

Beth Sears has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Beth started their career at Sanmina-SCI in 1999 as a Technical Program Manager and worked there until 2003. Beth then joined Newisys as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for two years before moving to Flextronics International in 2005, where they held the position of Manager, Technical Program Managers until 2010. Beth then joined Newisys Data Systems as an NPI Manager and worked there until 2013. Most recently, they have been associated with Viking Enterprise Solutions since 2014. At Viking Enterprise Solutions, they initially served as the Sr. Director of Operations and Supply Chain and is currently the Vice President of Planning and Business Operations.

Beth Sears received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University from 1990 to 1994. Beth later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Strayer University, which they completed from 2013 to 2014.
