Mayke van Den Berg

Mayke van den Berg is an experienced knowledge base content developer currently working at Viking Europe since April 2014, where responsibilities include managing and developing service-related content for the European knowledge bank. Prior roles include customer service positions at Office Depot and Sitel, as well as volunteer work with Lighttown Madness, contributing to creative and editorial aspects in support of PSV fans. Mayke has also worked in marketing and communication at various organizations, supervised cashiers at Albert Heijn, and completed a project management internship focused on enhancing brand awareness at Stichting OOM. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
