Ellis Whipple

Ellis Whipple is Chief Financial Officer responsible for accounting, valuation, tax compliance, trading operations and information technology. She was previously part of the Chief Operating Officer’s team. Prior to joining Viking in 2015, Ellis held several roles at Goldman Sachs for 14 years, including Managing Director and Head of Unsecured Funding and Asset Liability Management, Head of the Executive Office Client Service Group, working closely with the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Investment Banker. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Ellis was an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard Frères. Ellis received a B.A. in biochemistry from Harvard College.
