Julie Faunce

Julie Faunce has over 15 years of experience in IT support roles, currently serving as an IT Support Analyst at Viking Group Inc. since January 2012, where previous positions included Senior Help Desk Technician and Help Desk Technician. Prior to this, Julie worked at Bronson Healthcare as a System Analyst - Level 1, achieving senior analyst status within six months and managing Help Desk calls. Additional experience includes IT Maintenance Tech at Granco Clark, Inc., where responsibilities involved providing first-level technical support, and roles at Flexfab, LLC, and The Grand Rapids Press in data entry and customer service. Julie pursued education in Information Technology as a Desktop Support Technician and is currently working towards an Associate's degree at Kellogg Community College.
