Matthew Meyers

Matthew Meyers, MBA has extensive work experience in the sales and security fields. Matthew is currently the Vice President of Sales for Viking Group Inc. in the United States. Prior to this role, they served as the Regional Sales Manager for the South Central region at Viking Group Inc. In this position, they led and supported a team of seven Territory Sales Managers in the integrated manufacturing and distribution of fire sprinkler products and pipe fabrication services.

Before joining Viking Group Inc., Matthew worked as a Territory Manager for fire protection at Core & Main from 2017 to 2021. Matthew also served as the FlexHead Industries Regional Sales Manager at Atkore from 2013 to 2017. Earlier in their career, Matthew held various roles at Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Co., Inc., including Inside Sales Representative and Regional Sales Representative.

Matthew also has experience in security as a member of the United States Air Force Security Forces. Matthew served in this role from 2002 to 2006, during which they completed three combat tours and received several awards for their exemplary performance.

Matthew Meyers, MBA, has an extensive education history in the field of business administration and management. Matthew obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2018. Prior to that, they completed Executive Certificate Programs in Negotiation and Management at the University of Notre Dame from 2015 to 2016.

Matthew also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice, which they earned from Portland State University between 2009 and 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Matthew has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. In January 2018, they completed the Potter Certified Contractor Training at Potter Electric Signal. In August 2015, they received certification in "Welch Way: Managing Your Team" from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
