Ingvild Farstad

Ingvild Farstad is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and board governance, currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence at Viking Growth since September 2018, focusing on investments in growth stage B2B software companies in the Nordics. Ingvild holds board positions at Liquid Barcodes and Rosenborg Ballklub, and previously served on the board of TimeLog. Ingvild's early career included roles as a consultant at BDO Norge, a care assistant at St. Olavs Hospital, and a sales employee at Norrøna Sport AS. A former professional ice hockey player, Ingvild competed for SC Reinach and was a semi-professional player with Linköpings Hockey Club, winning the Swedish Championship in the 2013/2014 season. Ingvild holds a Master of Science in Economics and Administration from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Sør-Trøndelag University College.
