Paul Rutterford

Paul Rutterford has extensive work experience in the maritime industry. Paul began their career at P&O Ferries as a Customer Services Consultant and then moved on to Swan Hellenic as a Cruise Manager. Paul later joined Viking Recruitment Ltd as a Marine Recruitment Consultant and then returned to Swan Hellenic as a Deputy Cruise Director. After that, they joined Viking Maritime Group where they held various roles including Recruitment Manager, General Manager (Cruise & Yacht), and currently serves as the Operations Director at Viking Crew. In their current role, they are responsible for crew placement, management, and deployment for international cruise and super yacht clients.

Paul Rutterford obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Applied Social Science (Cultural Studies) from Canterbury Christ Church University. Paul completed their undergraduate studies from 1994 to 1997.
