Jessica Krawiec

Jessica Krawiec has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as the Routing Specialist Lead and Office Manager at Viking Pest Control since January 2018. In this role, Jessica handles appointment scheduling, upsells products, and performs data entry while managing a high volume of daily calls. Prior to this, Jessica was a Manager at Zumiez from April 2009 to March 2018, overseeing a team of ten or more and effectively reducing expenses through careful scheduling and loss management. Jessica is currently pursuing education at Brookdale Community College.
