Rudra Raj Hazra has also held positions at Gandhi Consulting and Belden Inc. as a Trainee in Cross-border Business Development and as an Intern in Business Development, EMEA and Master Thesis Student in Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Development, EMEA, respectively. Rudra Raj'searly career involved working as a Project/Operation Engineer in the power and energy sector at Damodar Valley Corporation, where they contributed to the successful commissioning of a large-scale thermal power project.

Rudra Raj Hazra has a diverse educational background. Rudra Raj completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Management from Reutlingen University, from the years 2013 to 2014. Before that, they pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in International Management at the SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, from 2012 to 2013.

In terms of undergraduate education, Rudra Raj Hazra obtained a Bachelor's of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jadavpur University in Kolkata, from 2005 to 2009. Prior to this, they completed their Indian School Certificate in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology from La Martiniere for boys in Kolkata, between the years 2003 and 2005.
