Tomas Fraser

Tomas Fraser is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and management within the retail industry. As the Chief Operating Officer at VIKTORIA & WOODS since January 2024, Tomas leads operational strategies. Prior to this role, Tomas served as an APAC Consultant at E.L.F. BEAUTY and held multiple senior positions at Kendo Brands, Inc., including General Manager for Australia & New Zealand and Country Manager ANZ. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Head of Retail at SEPHORA and Retail Operations Director Oceania at Ralph Lauren. Tomas began the career at DFS Group Limited and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Management and Marketing from the University of Melbourne, complemented by a study abroad program in Finance and Management at The University of Edinburgh.
