Mary Pompili, CM has a vast and diverse work experience in marketing and communications roles. Mary's career began at Harry Rosen, where they established the brand as a leader in menswear through advertising campaigns and brand repositioning efforts. Throughout their career, Mary has demonstrated their expertise in marketing, leadership, and strategic planning.

Mary Pompili, CM has a background in Communication and Design from OCAD University, where they completed their studies in 1983. Mary also completed the Holt Renfrew Executive Development Program at Schulich School of Business in 2001. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Chartered Marketer from the Canadian Marketing Association.
