Lynley Flanagan

Lynley Flanagan began their work experience in 2012 at Greg Kadel Studios as an Assistant Studio Manager. From November 2014 to July 2019, they worked at Glossier, where they built the People function from the ground up and oversaw all People Operations. In July 2019, they joined Shelton's Poultry, Inc. as a Strategic Advisor, dedicated to advising and growing their family's poultry business. In February 2020, they became the Chief of Staff to the Founder & CEO at arfa, Inc., where they provided counsel and insight to the executive team. In February 2021, they started working at Chord Commerce as the VP People, responsible for managing HR functions for a global remote team. Lastly, in June 2023, they joined Villa as the VP People, continuing their role in HR management.
