Michel van Zijl

Michel Van Zijl is an experienced business professional with a diverse background in management and consultancy across multiple industries. As the owner of Villa Real Estate since January 2015, Michel has been primarily involved in the hospitality sector and interim management roles since retirement in 2018. Michel has served as a managing partner at Saffron India Pvt Ltd since April 2007 and held various key positions, including agent and sales representative at Qualitair from January 2013 to 2017, and as a partner at Dankat PJ from June 2012 to 2016. Additionally, Michel was a managing partner at PT Multi Renaperkasa Abadi from October 2011 to 2016, and held leadership roles at NLR Dutch NGO, bioMerieux, and Organon Teknika Akzo Nobel earlier in the career, gaining significant international experience in aviation, aerospace, and trade sectors. Michel holds an International Master's degree in Change Management from Utrecht University, obtained between 1998 and 1999.
