Jim Howard

Jim Howard is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in the restaurant and retail sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction & Store Planning at Villa Restaurant Group since December 2007, Jim Howard oversees the construction program for new and remodeled restaurant locations. Prior to this role, Jim Howard worked at Dunkin' Brands as a Construction Manager, where approximately 50 new and remodeled Dunkin Donuts restaurants were managed annually in the NYC Metro area. Jim Howard's earlier career includes positions as a Senior Project Manager at United Retail Group, focusing on new AVENUE retail locations, and as a Project Manager and Director of Design & Construction at West Coast Entertainment Corporation. Jim Howard holds a degree in Construction Engineering from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology, earned between 1986 and 1988.
