Michael Choi

Michael Choi is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in technology and education. As the Founder and CEO of Village 88, Inc. since June 2011, Michael leads a team of over 60 professionals in incubating and launching new ventures. Previously, Michael served as the Chairman and Founder of Coding Dojo from May 2012 to December 2022, where a unique curriculum for coding education was developed. At Zurple, from July 2009 to May 2011, Michael held the position of Director of Operations, playing a crucial role in streamlining company operations and driving profitability. As the Founder and CEO of BoomYEAH Inc. from February 2006 to August 2008, Michael focused on innovative marketing strategies within the internet yellow page industry. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and two degrees in Chemical Engineering from Caltech and Brigham Young University.
