Max Silverlock

Max Silverlock is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in mechanical maintenance and supervision across various industries. Currently employed at The Village Bakery Group since October 2021, Max has previously held positions as an Assistant Engineer at Kronospan, where responsibilities included managing mechanical maintenance for manufacturing facilities, and as a Maintenance Supervisor at Befesa, where support was provided to site management. Earlier roles included Mechanical Fitter, Pub Manager at Horse and Jocke, and Mechanical Engineer at General Dynamics, where Max worked on military equipment. Max began a mechanical engineering apprenticeship at Babcock International Group, specializing in armoured vehicle overhaul, and has experience in both residential and military environments. Education was completed at Thomas Adams School and Sixth Form Centre.
