Kevin Adendorff has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kevin started their career at Axial Financial Group as a General Manager, where they were responsible for business development and profitability. Kevin then moved on to The South African Bank of Athens Limited, where they served as a Regional Manager, overseeing branch operations and managing profitability. After that, they joined Savcon Enterprises as the Director of Finance and Operations, managing finances for multiple retail stores and restaurants. Kevin later became the Managing Director of The Property Facilities Company, repositioning the company and acquiring key accounts. Kevin also worked as the General Manager at Farmsecure Holdings, where they supervised the supply chain and managed logistics. Kevin then served as the President of Country Operations at Capital Outsourcing Group UK, opening operations in Ghana and building relationships with government departments and organizations. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Strategy and Operations at Fempower Staffing and Recruitment, evaluating the business model and recommending technological improvements. Kevin also has experience as a Management and Operations Consultant at Pascal Enterprises Inc and as an Interim-Chief Operating Officer at GrahamTek, where they identified and corrected operational deficiencies and acquired construction contracts. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Experience at Village Baking Co. and serves as the Vice President of Operations.

Kevin Adendorff obtained a Bachelor's degree from Stellenbosch University. Kevin then went on to pursue an Honors B in Business Administration and Management at the same university, completing it in 1992.
