Sukran Delan Calleja

As the Senior People Operations Associate, Sukran finds, recruits and onboards amazing team members and ensures that they are all happy, engaged and thriving throughout their journeys at Village Capital.

She’s particularly excited about creating an amazing employee experience by continuously enhancing and promoting an inclusive environment and a climate of belonging.

Before joining Village Capital, Sukran was a Programmes Officer at the European Union Programmes Agency in Malta, where she oversaw the design and implementation of EU-funded programs, namely Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps.
