Gardner McCullough

Gardner McCullough, LCSW-C, is a highly experienced clinical social worker and therapist, currently serving as the Founder of Catalyst Counseling since November 2024 and the Clinical Director and Clinical Therapist at Village Counseling Center since July 2020. Previously, Gardner worked for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, focusing on acute psychiatric care and veteran services. Gardner has extensive experience in one-on-one counseling, employing client-centered evidence-based techniques, including EMDR, and has managed various mental health programs throughout multiple organizations. Gardner holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
