Debbie Li

Debbie Li is currently the counsel and head of legal operations at Village Global. Prior to that, they were a corporate associate at Goodwin from May 2020 to February 2021. Before that, they were counsel at Atrium from August 2018 to March 2020, where they advised Atrium Legal Technology Services on cross-functional initiatives and company strategy, including growth and marketing, product development and operational roll-outs.

Before their work in the private sector, Debbie Li worked as a law clerk at the East Bay Community Law Center from January 2014 to May 2014, where they provided integrated legal and business advice to low-income workers and entrepreneurs of color to start sustainable, community-based businesses in an effort to advance resilient, local economies. Debbie also worked as a summer associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from May 2013 to July 2013, and as a corporate associate at Fenwick & West from October 2014 to July 2018.

Debbie Li has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Distinction in major from Yale University.
