Catherine O'Neill

Catherine O'Neill has a diverse work experience in marketing and media. Catherine is currently working at Village Marketing as the EMEA Business Lead, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Catherine was the Senior Director of Marketing & Organizational Development for Village Marketing from January to September 2022. Catherine also served as the Senior Marketing Director from January 2021 to January 2022 and as the Marketing Director from July 2018 to January 2021. Their early experience includes a role as the Senior Marketing Manager at Village Marketing from February to July 2018.

Before joining Village Marketing, Catherine worked at Wieden + Kennedy, where they held multiple roles. Catherine was a Senior Media Investor from September 2017 to February 2018, a National Media Buyer from March 2016 to September 2017, and an Assistant National Media Buyer from June 2014 to February 2016.

Prior to their time at Wieden + Kennedy, Catherine worked at WBAL-TV as an Associate Account Executive from September 2012 to May 2014. Catherine also gained valuable experience as a Creative Services/Marketing Intern at WBAL-TV from September 2011 to May 2012, where they assisted with on-location film shoots, commercial production, and news team television spots.

Catherine O'Neill attended Northern Highlands Regional High School from 2004 to 2008. After completing high school, they pursued their higher education at Towson University from 2008 to 2012. At Towson University, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies.
