Richard Graziano

Richard Graziano is the current President & CEO at VILLAGE NETWORK. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Fellowship Health Resources, Inc. (FHR) from January 2010 to December 2012. In this role, they were responsible for leading and managing FHR's comprehensive array of services and programs totaling over $35 million in operations in 7 states. Richard also led a high performance team of geographically dispersed Regional Directors with multiple program models to the next level by further developing and implementing recruitment, training and retention strategies.

From December 2007 to July 2010, Graziano served as the Chief Operating Officer - Southeast Region at FHR. In this role, they were responsible for developing, implementing and managing the regional operational aspects of the annual budget in conjunction with the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer/President. Richard also assisted the CEO/President in the regional planning, organization and implementing of public and private fund-raising initiatives.

Richard Graziano's educational career includes obtaining a Masters in Education from LIU Post as well as a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from the State University of New York College at Cortland. Richard also attended Sachem for their schooling.
