Traci McCarty

Traci McCarty is an experienced professional in the field of social work and care management, currently serving as the Vice President of Care Management at The Village Network since June 2012. McCarty has held various leadership roles within The Village Network, including Regional Director and Director of Clinical Services, as well as earlier positions such as Program Manager for Foster Care and Clinical Therapist. Additionally, McCarty has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Instructor and Assistant Professor at Mount Vernon Nazarene University between 2011 and 2021. McCarty holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from The Ohio State University and completed a Bachelor’s degree at Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
