Carol Blackwood

Carol Blackwood has extensive experience in public service and banking. Since February 2010, Carol serves as an elected Trustee for the Village of Arlington Heights. In addition to this role, Carol has held the position of Senior Vice President at Village Bank & Trust since February 1995. Carol briefly participated as a Visitor to C Group at the Arlington Heights Memorial Library in 2011 and previously served as Past President of the Arlington Heights Chamber of Commerce from 1988 to 1999. Earlier in Carol's career, the role of Branch Manager was held at Bank One from 1990 to 1995.
