Jay Cherwin

Jay Cherwin is a Partner at Meltzer Purtill & Stelle LLC with extensive experience in commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, large scale land development, real estate finance, and more. Prior to their current position, Jay has held various roles in companies such as Grainger, Duke Realty Corporation, and Vedder Price. Jay holds a JD from the University of Kansas School of Law, an LLM in Real Estate from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, and a BS in Political Science from the University of Iowa.
