Mila Tsagalis

Mila Tsagalis currently serves as the Director of Health and Human Services for the Village of Arlington Heights, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Mila held the title of Director of Community Initiatives at the DuPage County Health Department from April 2000 to July 2025, where direction was provided to various community initiatives in DuPage County, Illinois. Mila's earlier experience includes serving as a Network Manager at Delta Dental of Illinois from 1994 to 1999. Mila Tsagalis holds a Master’s in Public Health with a focus on Healthcare from Benedictine University, completed between 1998 and 2000, and has education from Loyola University Chicago.
