Randy Recklaus

Randy Recklaus is currently serving as Village Manager for the Village of Arlington Heights since November 2014. Prior to this, Randy held the same position at the Village of Clarendon Hills and worked as Assistant City Administrator at the City of Batavia Illinois. With a background in public administration and urban management, Randy has also worked in various roles at organizations such as SB Friedman Development Advisors and the City of St. Charles. A former County Board Member at DeKalb County Government, Randy holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science and Government from Northern Illinois University.
