Tim Blaschke holds the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation and has extensive experience in hotel management. Currently serving as the Resort Manager at Bluegreen Vacations' Christmas Mountain Village since July 2021, Tim previously worked as a General Manager at Kaeding Management Group from 2016 to July 2021, at Graves Hospitality from 2013 to 2016, and at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group between 2010 and 2013, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple Country Inn & Suite properties. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Corporate Operations at Carlson Hotels Worldwide from 2005 to 2009, General Manager at CSM Corporation from 2004 to 2005, and Director of Operations at Radisson South in Bloomington, MN from 2000 to 2004, where Tim managed a property featuring 565 rooms and extensive meeting space.
