Ross Chapman

Ross Chapman is an experienced fire lieutenant at the Village of Arlington Heights since March 2007, also serving as a special projects manager at Elevated Safety, LLC. since February 2015, where the focus is on rope access, rescue training, and OSHA compliance. Additionally, Ross has held positions as a rescue squad officer with Illinois Urban Search and Rescue Task Force 1 since August 2018 and as a technical rescue program coordinator/instructor at the Northeastern Illinois Public Safety Training Academy (NIPSTA) since March 2013. Previous roles include specialized rescue instructor at Gateway Technical College, instructor at Medcor, and rescue specialist/instructor at START Group, demonstrating a robust background in technical rescue and hazardous materials training.
