Human Resources Team

The Human Resources Team at the Village of Arlington Heights is responsible for managing employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The team, composed of a Human Resources Director, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Specialist, works to ensure a productive and supportive work environment for all municipal staff. They also play a key role in talent acquisition, employee development, and maintaining organizational policies.
