Kate Buggy

Kate Buggy has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Policy Analyst at the DuPage Mayors and Managers Conference from March 2012 to June 2017. Kate then became the Legislative Director at the same organization from July 2017 to December 2017.

After that, Kate joined the City of Wood Dale as a Management Analyst from December 2017 to April 2021. Kate then moved up to become the Director of Administrative Services from May 2021 to August 2022.

Most recently, they joined the Village of Bloomingdale in August 2022 as the Assistant Village Administrator and Human Resources Director.

Kate Buggy attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and Political Science. Following this, they enrolled at DePaul University College of Law from 2007 to 2010, acquiring a Juris Doctor (JD) with a focus on International and Comparative Law.
