William Schmidt

William Schmidt has extensive experience in public service and management. Since 2009, William Schmidt has served as a Village Trustee and participates in the Emergency Services and Disaster Agency (ESDA) for the Village of Glendale Heights. Prior to that, William Schmidt was the Supervisor of Surveillance Technicians at Hollywood Casino Aurora from April 1993 until retirement in July 2017. Earlier in the career, William Schmidt was the President of Grove Optical Service from 1980 to 1993. William Schmidt holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, where studies were completed between 1960 and 1965.
