Austin Pollack

Austin Pollack is a seasoned professional in public administration with a focus on strategic management. Currently serving as the Assistant to the Village Administrator for the Village of Gurnee since April 2022, Austin has previously held the position of Senior Management Analyst at Elk Grove Village, IL from October 2016 to April 2022. Austin began a career in municipal management as an intern in the Village Manager's Office at Hoffman Estates from June 2014 to September 2016 and gained initial experience as an intern with the United States Marshals Service between August 2013 and May 2014. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Strategic Management from Northern Illinois University, obtained between 2014 and 2016, and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the same university, completed from 2012 to 2014.
