Sarah Kyle

Sarah Kyle (Marcucci) serves as the Emergency Management Coordinator for the Village of Hanover Park since March 2021 and concurrently for the Village of Hoffman Estates since October 2018. Additionally, Sarah is the Managing Partner at Disaster Ready Solutions- Chicago, a consulting firm specializing in Public Safety and Emergency Management, co-founded with colleagues Shawn Howd and Randy Olsberg in October 2017. Previous experience includes roles as Emergency Management Coordinator for the City of Wheaton from September 2017 to March 2021, support staff at the DuPage County Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Management from December 2015 to September 2017, and various positions such as EMT and Dispatcher at A-TEC Ambulance, Inc. Sarah's educational background includes a Master of Science in Emergency Management/Homeland Security from Southern Illinois University, alongside studies in Emergency Medical Technology at the College of DuPage and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Western Michigan University.
