Elizabeth Berton

Elizabeth Berton has a diverse background in management and direct service roles, currently serving as Beach Manager at the Village of Lake Zurich, Illinois, since May 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing park operations, ensuring patron safety, and conducting lifeguard training for a team of 25. In addition, Elizabeth is a Direct Service Provider at Urban Autism Solutions since September 2016, guiding adults with developmental disabilities in community activities to foster independence. Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Rush University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Certifications include American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor and Lifeguard.
