Suzanne M. Bolda

Suzanne M. Bolda, SPHR has had extensive experience in human resources over the years. Suzanne most recently served as the Human Resources Director for the Village of Lansing. Prior to this, they held the same role at Patina Solutions. Suzanne also worked as the Director of People & Culture at CREDMADE, where they established a Human Resources function and developed programs and policies to support employee recruitment, development, and retention in an organization focused on addressing gun violence in Chicago. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Family Christian Health Center and Simpson Technologies Corporation. Suzanne has a proven track record of success in managing and directing HR functions in various organizations.

Suzanne M. Bolda, SPHR obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Mundelein College in Chicago in 1990. In 2015, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
