Matt Havlik is an experienced public administration professional currently serving as the Assistant to the Village Manager for the Village of Lisle since August 2019. Prior roles include Public Works Analyst for the Village of Winnetka, where responsibilities encompassed assisting with various public works services and acting as a liaison to the Environmental and Forestry Commission.
