Doug Cail

Doug Cail has over 25 years of experience in the fire service and health, safety, and environmental management. Since 1996, Doug Cail has served in various roles at the Lombard Fire Department, progressing from Firefighter/Paramedic/HazMat Technician to Lieutenant and currently holding the position of Battalion Chief. Prior to this, Doug Cail worked at URS Corporation from 1991 to 2011 as an HSE Manager, overseeing health and safety initiatives.
