Rick Sander

Rick Sander has extensive work experience in fire services. Rick began their career in 1990 as Deputy Fire Chief for the City of Naperville, a role they held for 26 years until October 2016. Following that, they joined the Village of Lombard as Fire Chief in October 2016, where they currently serve.

Rick Sander obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Bachelor of Science, Fire Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Rick pursued this degree from 1989 to 1993.
