Sheila Martin

Sheila Martin has substantial experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Treasurer for the Village of Manteno since April 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing finance-related activities, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll. Prior to this role, Sheila was an Assistant at the Economic Alliance of Kankakee County from August 2011 to May 2017, acting as Kankakee River Roundtable Administrator and Board Recording Secretary. Sheila also worked as a Bookkeeper for Dr. Scott P. Fogel DDS from 2006 to 2017, gaining expertise in QuickBooks and payroll. Sheila holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Dominican University, earned between 1980 and 1984.
