Prior to this, Keith Mckeen worked for OTM Environmental Services from January 2002 to January 2006 as an Operator, focusing on the operation of small package plants and wells, along with conducting collection system evaluations. Keith Mckeen holds a diploma from Lincoln Way Central High School, completed in 2002, and attended Joliet Junior College in the same year.
