Greg Summers, ICMA-CM, AICP, currently serves as the Village Manager for the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, since January 2022. Prior to this role, Greg was the Assistant Village Manager for the Village of Orland Park from July 2019 to December 2021. Greg’s extensive experience in municipal management includes significant positions such as Director of Development Services and Director of Engineering & Building for the Village of Barrington from July 2008 to July 2019, and Vice President at Fidelity Wes from August 2005 to July 2008. Greg began their career as an Associate Village Planner for the Village of Buffalo Grove from June 2001 to August 2005. Educationally, Greg holds a B.A. in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
