Thomas Gilbert

Thomas Gilbert currently serves as the Director of Information Technology for the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois since August 2023, and is also the President of GMIS Illinois starting in August 2024. Prior to these roles, Thomas Gilbert held several positions at the Village of Barrington from January 2003 to August 2023, including Technology Services Manager and IS Coordinator. Thomas Gilbert began a career in information technology as the Assistant to the Village Manager for IT in the City of Wood Dale between 2001 and 2003.
