Julie Hoffman

Julie Hoffman is an experienced professional in event management and marketing with a diverse background in overseeing community events, conferences, and recreational programs. Currently serving as the Special Event Manager for the Village of Oswego, Illinois, since February 2018, Julie manages community events and acts as a liaison to the Cultural Arts Commission. Previous roles include Director of Conferences and Marketing at Techny Towers Conference and Retreat Center, where Julie oversaw a department responsible for approximately 300 events annually, generating significant revenue while maintaining a high customer repeat rate. Julie's extensive experience encompasses roles in various organizations, including the Maverik Center and USANA Amphitheatre, Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the 2002 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, and others. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Commercial Recreation Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education & Sports Studies from the University of Iowa.
