John Noak is an experienced public official currently serving as the Mayor of the Village of Romeoville since February 2008. Additionally, John holds the position of Director at Pace Suburban Bus since July 2022 and has been a Board Member of the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning since January 2015. Active in various organizations, John is a member of the Transportation Committee for the United States Conference of Mayors, a Steering Committee Member for the National League of Cities Transportation Infrastructure & Services Steering Committee, and also serves as Chairman of the Des Plaines Valley Enterprise Zone. Moreover, John is a Board Member of the Joliet Regional Port District and has held multiple leadership roles within the Will County Governmental League and the Grand Prairie Water Commission. John Noak earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from DePaul University.
