David Goessl is an experienced civil engineer, having served as the Village Engineer for the Village of Scarsdale. Prior to this role, David was the Town Engineer for the Town of Mamaroneck from November 1996 to December 2016. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
