Brian Townsend has extensive experience in municipal management, currently serving as Village Manager for the Village of Schaumburg since August 2013. Prior to this role, Brian was the City Administrator for the City of St. Charles from October 2005 to August 2013 and held the position of Assistant Village Manager in Schaumburg from January 1993 to October 2005. Brian Townsend holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, both from Northern Illinois University.
