Bill Manger

Bill Manger currently serves as the Mayor of the Village of Southampton and has a wealth of experience in various roles, including Managing Director at Brock Capital. Bill previously worked at the U.S. Small Business Administration, where Bill served as Chief of Staff and held leadership positions in the Office of Capital Access. Bill also has experience at the U.S. Department of Transportation and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Political Science from Trinity College-Hartford.
