Gene Hartman

Council President at Village of Wellington

Gene Hartman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Gene began their career in 1989 as the Director of Purchasing for Lorain County, Ohio, a position they held until 1994. From there, they joined Family Health Centers of San Diego as the Regional Director for two decades. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Administrator II at University Hospitals of Cleveland. Since 2016, they have been serving as the Council President for the Village of Wellington, where they have been involved in local governance and community service.

Gene Hartman obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Bowling Green State University between 1973 and 1977, with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
