Khadejah Auguste, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and network operations. Currently serving as a Contract Implementation Manager at Cigna Healthcare since March 2016, Khadejah has held multiple roles including Network Operations Senior Supervisor, Network Operations Lead Analyst, and Network Operations Analyst. In addition, Khadejah has been a Licensed REALTOR® with Village Premier Collection since May 2018. Prior experience includes working as a Provider Relations Representative at Humana from October 2013 to March 2016, where responsibilities included onboarding providers, resolving complex claim issues, and conducting provider trainings. Khadejah's early career includes an internship at the Veterans Administration, focusing on patient data management and administrative support. Khadejah holds an MBA from Franklin University and a BS in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
